VITHERM SA, VICHEM SA, HGF-PHE SA, AVK VALVE SA UNILAND INDUSTRY GROUP CHINA etc. We have synergized to represent each other’s interest.

In addition to our Procurement services our logistic arm is developing the marine transportation interest of our company, with working synergy and relationship already been developed with some local and Foreign companies. This effort is to complement HOLADCO business expansions which are born out of the Cabotage act in Nigeria. This business arm of the company is focus mainly on Oil and Gas Offshore Support Marine Logistics within Nigeria and her West Africa environs.

We make available tug boats, pilot boats, work boats and supply vessels. Towards this end we have are looking at capacity to take advantage of the recently enacted Nigerian content development act which places a premium on in-country assembly of small steel boats & craft to reposition the local boat building industry.

We are duly registered with the Nigeria Petroleum Exchange (NipeX) a division of NAPIMS, the Corporate Service Unit of NNPC.

NipeX is an electronic one-stop transaction centre developed to facilitate supply chain transactions in the upstream Oil and Gas Industry through the institutionalization of a world-class contracting process in line with the Nigerian Content Development Policy.
